Good question. I’ll answer it if I feel safe, always vaguely and ill say “I won’t share details for privacy reasons” I got that a lot when I talked about my daughters transition to school. People wanted to know what schools I toured, etc. that’s sensitive in my book.

I know we are so guilty of it too. Phones in another room has been the only thing to help.
I think the point about using a separate box for all of your mail is super helpful!
