Alisa Vitti’s Woman Code was my segue into cycle-tracking & learning how to work with my shifting energy levels from week to week (it’s why I love being a freelance designer!).
My nutritionist taught me how to know when you’re ovulating by checking your temperature immediately upon waking up, before hopping out of bed (it will be higher the few days you’re ovulating).
Love your detailed share & graphics to support. We’re not lazy - we live by La Luna. 🌕 🫶🏼
HI! All those cities would be fine for a toddler. All of them have plenty of playgrounds so maybe pick the one that you would be most interested in visiting. I've personally taken mine to all of them except for Madrid. I would recommend an apartment/air bnb so you can go at a slow pace.
Yes was coming here to say this! We traveled a lot when the kids were little. We found playgrounds where we went, the museums often had activities for kids and we always made sure to hit up a local toy store so they could choose a special souvenir. I’m not saying it’s easy — it’s just life with a toddler in a big city but oh so fun. Choose a city that sounds fun to you and you’ll have a great time.
Have you read The Plan by Kendra Adachi? She talks about how to be most productive by leveraging your cycle! So fascinating! I had never heard of this concept before.
Amsterdam with a toddler! Tons of parks, kid friendly museums and kiddos everywhere. Bonus rent a bakfiets (bike with a big basket) and explore on wheels. Plus you just visit the magical goat farm in the Amsterdam forest, cutest activity ever for kids
We just spent 5 days in Milan with our toddler and it was wonderful! Italians love little kids and their cities/culture are set up so well for families. We also spent 4 days in Estoril, just outside of Lisbon, and LOVED it. Great beaches and food and very family friendly!
If you’re not pinned to those mediterranean destinations I’d say Berlin is best place for a toddler
I’ll look into it!

I love this, my Oura ring has been instrumental in doing this for me. So so helpful!

Track my cycle is the best thing I did for my well-being
It's crazy that we aren't taught this growing up!
I was just looking up cycle timing last weekend - great timing!
Yay, I hope this helps!
Fascinating!!

I read the Lazy Genius by her and LOVED it! Will look into this book too!
Her Lazy Genius book and podcast are amazing! But The Plan is genius 👏 You’ll love it!
I'm doing a just-stopping-by trip to Paris (via London) in September, and though I will not have a toddler in tow I'm getting lots of good ideas from this article by someone who does! https://nymag.com/strategist/article/paris-france-itinerary-things-to-do.html
